About Alfred L. Evans III

Alfred L. Evans, III, who has over 23 years of litigation and trial experience, primarily handles personal injury cases involving truck wrecks, commercial motor vehicle collisions, and wrongful death cases. He also handles animal bite cases, car wrecks, and cases involving drunk/drugged drivers. Licensed to practice before all Georgia state courts, Alfred started his legal career at a boutique Buckhead law firm where he handled insurance matters that often involved defending trucking companies, truck drivers and insurance carriers across the State of Georgia. In this setting, almost every case Alfred handled was in the litigation/trial phase.

Current Practices
Alfred now focuses his time on representing victims in personal injury claims and lawsuits. His unusually lengthy experience in insurance defense allows him to see both sides of the case and to apply this inside knowledge for the direct benefit of his clients. Alfred’s familiarity with complex federal trucking regulations provides a significant advantage in the prosecution of often serious personal injury claims against negligent truck drivers and trucking companies. In fact, Alfred is brought into numerous trucking and commercial vehicle cases by other injury attorneys based upon his intimate knowledge of the commercial motor vehicle industry and complex state and federal regulations governing that industry. In the first four years of his practice as a personal injury attorney, Alfred was instrumental in the recovery of approximately Nine Million Dollars on behalf of trucking/commercial motor vehicle clients alone. Since that time, millions more have been recovered on behalf of deserving clients. Almost every one of these large settlements are subject to strict confidentiality provisions.
